I had a Registered App for a desktop application that accesses users Email, Calendar, and Storage, that was published to the Gallery and was working. Now when clients try to add that application they don't get an option to Add, it just has a button to "Sign In with..."

    Hello David !

This is normally expected for a MS Entra OpenID Connect gallery app. For OIDC gallery apps, customers often see sign in with … instead of add...

In that model, the Enterprise App is created in the customer tenant after the admin completes sign in and grants consent, so there is no separate add button.

If onboarding is failing, check whether the customer is using an admin account, whether consent is being granted successfully, whether the app already exists in that tenant and whether the app is still correctly configured for multitenant OIDC with the right redirect/sign-in URL and permission consent settings.
