teams unwanted name

I have one name on teams...a second one came on but with a phone number. I am unable to delete it. Any ideas?

2025-10-15T12:26:18.39+00:00 This is on the "Teams app" It happened last last week if I recall. My contacts name appeared as it normally did, but then his name also appeared with his phone number, which was very odd. When I left click to delete it, nothing happens and am unable. His first name doesn't even appear in my contact list, only with the phone number. I have to click on "Activity" to see his name. I find it rather creepy.
