    Hello!

What is the make and model of your printer?

Can you print in color on other documents, such as PDFs, or on a website? Try downloading a color PDF and printing it.

If your printer is printing other documents in color, in the Word print tab, click Page Setup and look for the Color option. Also check Printer Properties.

Your printer driver is probably not installed correctly.

I have an HP Envy 4520 printer. There is no color option that I can find. I have also tried printing a color pdf and it also printed in black/grayscale.

To change the printing options in Microsoft 365 Office to include color printing, follow these steps:

    1. Open your document in Microsoft Word or the relevant Office application.
    2. Click on File in the top menu.
    3. Select Print from the sidebar.
    4. In the Print settings, look for the Printer Properties or Preferences button next to the selected printer.
    5. In the Printer Properties window, find the Color option. Make sure it is set to Color instead of Grayscale or Black & White.
    6. Click OK to save your changes and return to the Print menu.
    7. Finally, click Print to print your document in color.

If you are using Universal Print, be aware that there may be known issues with color printing options, particularly if the printer driver does not support the selected settings. Ensure that your printer supports color printing and that the correct driver is installed.
