    Hello @Osama Al Balooshi (Student)

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Community!

Thank you for contacting us regarding the issue you experienced with your camera during a Microsoft Teams meeting.

To make sure we're aligned and avoid from any misunderstanding, please let me know a few details about your issue by answering these questions:

    1. As I see you used the tag "for Education", may I have your confirmation if you are signed in with a personal account (e.g., @hotmail.com, @outlook.com), an education account (e.g., @school.edu), or a work account (e.g., @yourcompany.com)?
    2. Are you using the Teams desktop app or the web version?
    3. What type of device are you on (Windows PC, Mac, mobile)?
    4. When you joined the meeting, was the camera turned on by default, or did you enable it accidentally?
    5. Do you see the Background filters option before joining the meeting?
    6. Have you tried any of the following:
      • Signing out and back in, clearing the Teams cache, or reinstalling the application
      • Testing in the Teams web version with camera permissions adjusted in the browser

To apply Blur or Background Effects in Teams meetings, kindly follow these steps outlined in Change your background in Microsoft Teams meetings - Microsoft Support

    • Click More (···) on the meeting toolbar.
    • Select Effects and avatars (or Background effects).
    • Choose Blur or select a background image.
    • Click Apply.

If blur is not available, kindly ensure your device supports background effects and that you are using the Teams desktop app (blur is not supported in all browsers).

Let me know how it goes on your end. I look forward to your response and am here to support.
