How do I find my Windows Advertising Identifier number

I want to find my MAID number for my computer so that I can enter in California's new DROP program.

    The MAID field in California DROP is mainly for mobile devices, such as phones or tablets. DROP says you can still submit a request with basic information like your name, date of birth, ZIP code, email address, and phone number; MAID is one of the optional identifiers you may add if you have it.

    On Windows, Microsoft exposes the advertising ID to apps through the AdvertisingManager.AdvertisingId API. It is per user and per device, and if the advertising ID feature is turned off, no ID is returned.
