Managing media playback issues and settings in Microsoft Edge on Windows 11

The lessons being viewed are likely provided only as text-based content, not as recorded video or audio. In that case, there is no audio track to play in Microsoft Edge or Windows 11, so no sound or video controls will appear.
If the goal is to have the text read aloud, Immersive Reader or similar reading tools can be used where available. If the site or course platform does not offer video or audio versions of the lessons, only the publisher or course provider can add those formats.
