I want to add Filipino for text-to-speech, but unfortunately,it was not available.

Hi there, Thanks for posting here in Microsoft Community. Please be informed that text‑to‑speech is currently not available as a native voice in Microsoft’s built‑in TTS engines, which is why you are unable to see it as an option when adding voices.

Filipino is not listed as a supported text-to-speech (TTS) language/voice for Windows 10 or Windows 11 in the Narrator voices catalog. Because of this, Filipino cannot currently be added as a system TTS voice for Narrator or other features that rely on the built‑in Windows TTS voices.
Filipino is available as a Language Accessory Pack for Microsoft 365/Office (for display language in some apps), but that does not provide Windows text‑to‑speech voices.
