    Hi @Sneha Sheshrao Sadawarte

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Regarding that the Microsoft Teams Microphone not working. I’d like to ask a few questions to better understand your situation and assist you more effectively:

    • Have you tried using a different microphone or headset? If so, does the issue still occur?
    • Does this issue affect other users in your organization?
    • Is this the first time you’ve experienced this issue, or has it been happening for some time?
    • Have you tried signing in on another device, and does the issue persist there?
    • Have you tested Microsoft Teams on the web? If yes, does the same issue occur?

Additionally, please check whether microphone permissions are correctly configured for Microsoft Teams:

    1. Open your device settings and select Privacy & security.
    2. Under App permissions, select Microphone. User's image
    3. Turn on the Microphone access toggle.  User's image
    4. Turn on the Let apps access your microphone toggle.
    5. Turn on the Microsoft Teams (work or school) toggle.
    6. Turn on the Let desktop apps access your microphone toggle.  User's image Note: If these toggles were already turned on, try turning them off and on again to make sure the settings apply.
    7. Close all apps and restart your device.

Make sure that your microphone or headset is the system default recording device. Here's how to do this in Windows 11:

    • Select Start > Settings > System > Sound.  User's image
    • In Input, go to Choose a device for speaking or recording and select the device to use.   User's image
    • To test your microphone, select > to the right of the device. On the properties page, select Start test under Microphone test and speak into the microphone. Select Stop test and choose Play under Recorded sample to hear what it sounds like.    User's image You could refer to this article : Fix microphone problems - Microsoft Support
