Only on the Jewel Osco site I fill up my cart and when I get to the end it will not give me the option to check out. I used to be able to and I can use it on the cell phone app

    Hi Sheila Marino,

This problem seems to be related to their end.

You may troubleshoot by trying with another browser on the same computer. The cell phone app may use a different UI therefore is not affected by this issue.

If the problem persists on another browser, please contact Jewel Osco for further assistance.

    Thank you for your time.

On Windows 11 with Microsoft Edge, issues checking out on a specific site like Jewel Osco are often caused by cached data, cookies, or browser features that interact with checkout and autofill.

    Try these steps in order:

    1. Use InPrivate (incognito) mode
      • In Edge, press Ctrl+Shift+N to open an InPrivate window.
      • Go to the Jewel Osco site, sign in, and try the checkout again.
      • If checkout works in InPrivate, the issue is likely related to cookies, cache, or extensions in the normal profile.
    2. Clear site data (cookies/cache) for that site
      • In Edge, go to the Jewel Osco site.
      • Select the lock icon in the address bar → Cookies and site permissions (or similar) → clear cookies and site data for that site.
      • Reload the page and try again.
    3. Check Edge shopping/express checkout and autofill settings
      • In Edge address bar, go to:
        • edge://settings/autofill/personalinfo and edge://settings/autofill/paymentMethods
          • Ensure saved personal info and payment methods are present if using autofill.
          • Ensure Save and fill basic info and Save and fill payment methods are turned on if wanting autofill.
        • edge://settings/privacySearch and connected experiences
          • If enabled, Save time and money with Shopping in Microsoft Edge can provide express checkout and coupon features; if disabled, some shopping features are turned off and behavior may differ on checkout pages.
    4. Disable extensions temporarily
      • In Edge, go to Settings → Extensions.
      • Temporarily turn off ad blockers, privacy tools, or security extensions.
      • Refresh the Jewel Osco checkout page and test again.
    5. Try another Windows profile or device/network
      • If it works on the mobile app and in InPrivate but not in the normal Edge profile, the problem is almost certainly local to the browser profile.
      • If possible, test from another Windows user account or another PC on the same network to confirm.

If checkout works only in InPrivate, keep using that mode for this site or gradually re-enable extensions and features in normal mode to identify what is blocking the checkout button.
