I’ve scheduled the PL-300 Power BI certification exam, but I entered my name slightly incorrectly. My government ID does not include a last name, however during registration I provided both a first name and a last name, which may cause an issue.

You update your Legal name on your Microsoft Learn profile under Settings https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/settings

Enter an underscore _ if you do not have a last name

If you have an exam booked, you will be shown a message and link to contact Credentials support https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/support/help#how-to-submit-a-support-request

I have schedules exam and iam unable to change my name diractly it asking me to contact credentials support can anyone guide me step by step procedure

still I could not find, I did used direct link and I had logged in to engage still Microsoft credential product family isn't there
