Locked screen. Scam that Microsoft locked due to unusual activity. Asked for Microsoft ID and password.

Then, under Microsoft Log, I was asked to call the service help number 1-888-295-<mod: partial masked number>. Called the number, and Verizon said the call can't be completed

can unlock the screen or perform any function
