That parrot image is the Windows lock screen background that appears when the device wakes from sleep. Change it in Lock screen settings.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Open Settings.
    2. Select Personalization > Lock screen (or use this shortcut: Lock screen).
    3. Under Personalize your lock screen or Background, choose what should appear:
      • Windows spotlight for rotating Microsoft images.
      • Picture to pick a single image (choose one of the defaults or Browse for your own).
      • Slideshow to cycle through images in a folder.
    4. (Optional) Turn On or Off Show the lock screen background picture on the sign-in screen if the same image should appear when signing in.

If the desktop background also needs to match:

    1. Open Settings > Personalization > Background (or Personalization).
    2. Under Personalize your background, select Picture, Solid color, Slideshow, or Windows spotlight, and choose the image or folder.
