    Hi @YW Lee (ASL)

You are referring to the From field when you create a meeting in your boss' calendar, right?

A (your boss) delegated the calendar with B (you). So, you want the From field to show A.

    User's image

If that's the case, this is a by design behavior. It shows B but the actual organizer is still A. After you create a meeting, you can check this in Tracking tab. It will show A as the organizer.

Since this is by design, you cannot modify From field.

    I hope this information helps.

In classic Outlook for Windows, the sender for a meeting request is determined by which calendar is active when the meeting is created, and the From field in a meeting request does not always list all accounts.

To send a meeting from the delegated (boss’s) calendar:

    1. Close any meeting request already open where the From field cannot be changed.
    2. In Outlook, switch to the Calendar view.
    3. In the folder list, select your boss’s calendar (the delegated calendar) so it is the active calendar.
    4. Create a New Meeting from that delegated calendar.
    5. The meeting will be sent from your boss’s mailbox (using your delegate “Send on Behalf” permission), even if the From dropdown does not show all accounts.

If delegate access is not yet configured or is incomplete, your boss must first grant delegate permissions:

    1. On your boss’s Outlook (classic): File > Account Settings > Delegate Access.
    2. Select Add, choose your name from the Global Address List, then Add > OK.
    3. In Delegate Permissions, ensure at least Editor permission is granted on the Calendar.
    4. Confirm the option for meeting-related messages (for example, “Delegate receives copies of meeting-related messages sent to me”) as needed, then select OK.

After this, when you create meetings from your boss’s calendar, they will be sent on behalf of your boss. Messages sent with Send on Behalf permissions show both names in the From line.
