I am facing the following error while trying to sign in to Microsoft Azure:

Issue description:
- I recently created Azure accounts for learning and accessing Azure services.
- I tried signing up using two different accounts, but both are showing the same tenant blocked/inactive error.
- For one account, I have already purchased a subscription/free credit plan.
- I urgently need access because I need to start working with Azure services from tomorrow.
Things already tried:
- Tried different browsers
- Tried Incognito mode
- Tried different accounts
- Cleared cache/cookies
- Attempted login through Azure Portal and Microsoft account login separately
Questions:
- Why is a newly created tenant getting blocked due to inactivity?
- How can I reactivate/unblock the tenant?
- Is there a way to contact Microsoft support directly for urgent tenant recovery?
- Will the purchased subscription/credits remain safe after tenant reactivation?
