Hi,
I passed GitHub Foundations(5/12/2025) and GitHub Copilot(5/22/2025). But the certificate reflected on GIT account but not reflected on Microsoft account.

Microsoft Learn took over GitHub certifications in August 2025. Any certification taken before then were not migrated to Microsoft Learn

GitHub Foundations and GitHub Copilot are GitHub-maintained certifications. Although the exams are provided by Microsoft, the associated certifications are managed and reflected in GitHub systems, not as standard Microsoft Certifications on the Microsoft Learn profile.

If any Microsoft-issued credentials are missing from the Learn profile, the supported steps are:

    1. Review the credential requirements to confirm that the passed exams actually grant a Microsoft Certification visible on Learn by checking the certification or exam details pages.
    2. Confirm the correct login account is being used on Microsoft Learn (for example, no mix-up between personal and work/school accounts, or multiple Learn profiles).
    3. If, after verifying accounts, a Microsoft Certification is still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for assistance.

For GitHub-specific certifications (like GitHub Foundations and GitHub Copilot), manage and share them from the GitHub side where they are officially maintained.
