Overview

Access ZoomInfo's GTM intelligence to ground your AI workflows with verified B2B data. Search companies and identify key stakeholders with natural language. Enrich with 300+ data points, build targeted account lists, and drive momentum from first touch to renewal.

Prerequisites

To use this connector, you need an active ZoomInfo account. Contact your ZoomInfo account representative or visit zoominfo.com to learn more about available plans.

How to Get Credentials

This connector uses your ZoomInfo username and password to authenticate.

1. Log in to ZoomInfo to confirm your account is active.
2. When creating a connection in Power Automate or Power Apps, enter your ZoomInfo username (email address) and password.
3. Your credentials will be used to generate a secure session token for API access.

Supported Operations

Search Companies

Search ZoomInfo's database of verified company profiles using natural language or structured filters. Filter by industry, revenue, employee count, geography, technology stack, and more.

Example: "Find publicly listed tech companies in the USA with over $1B in revenue, selling primarily to revenue operations and sales leadership"

Find Contacts

Identify key stakeholders at target companies by role, seniority, tenure, and other attributes. Returns verified contact profiles from ZoomInfo's continuously refreshed database.

Example: "Find me product operations managers at Acme Co who have been with the company more than one year, and enrich with their email addresses"

Enrich Prospects

Build enriched prospect lists by combining company search, contact identification, and data enrichment in a single workflow. Returns up to 300+ verified data points per record including email, phone, title, and firmographic attributes.

Example: "Search for Chief Revenue Officers at fintech companies in the Bay Area between $50M–$250M in revenue, then enrich the top ten candidates with verified email and phone"

Known Issues and Limitations

• Search results are subject to your ZoomInfo account's data access entitlements. Some fields may not be returned if they are not included in your subscription.
• Bulk enrichment operations are rate-limited. High-volume workflows may need to account for paging and retry logic.
• The connector requires an active ZoomInfo session. If your session expires, re-authenticating with your username and password will restore access.
