Returns the resolved value of the given device-wide policy.

Which policy to retrieve.

Returns

Object

The resolved value of the policy.

Remarks

Returns the resolved value of the given device-wide policy. The resolved value is the value that is currently being enforced on the device after conflict resolution has been performed between all the policies set by all admins at all active scopes. The value can change when the current user changes or when users log in or out.

Use getPolicy(PolicyIdentifier, int) to get the value set by the caller, which may differ.

Can only be applied on a RESOURCE_DEVICE_WIDE policy. Use getResolvedPerUserPolicy(PolicyIdentifier) for per-user policies.

Returns null when the policy is not set.
