Builds a conversation status from an identifier, an activity, and optional status details.

Remarks
The identifier and activity are supplied to the constructor. Availability initially is unknown, the description and image initially are null, and both times initially are -1. Each setter returns this builder.
Call Build() to create a status from the current settings. This does not publish the status.
