ApplicationInfo, ComponentInfo, and ResolveInfo flag: return the
ApplicationInfo#isAppLockSupported and ApplicationInfo#isAppLockEnabled
associated with an application.

Remarks
ApplicationInfo, ComponentInfo, and ResolveInfo flag: return the ApplicationInfo.isAppLockSupported and ApplicationInfo.isAppLockEnabled associated with an application.
The caller should have the Manifest.permission.LOCK_APPS permission, or a SecurityException will be thrown. This flag cannot be used with GET_ATTRIBUTIONS, if the caller wishes to retrieve attributions, they must use GET_ATTRIBUTIONS_LONG.
