Remarks
This is the string form of DescriptionForPreferredPaymentServiceFormatted. It calls the same Android method and requires android.permission.NFC_PREFERRED_PAYMENT_INFO.
Starting with Android 15 (API level 35), the description is for one of the services registered by the wallet role holder, if any. If the role holder has multiple services, which service supplies the description is unspecified.
