Gets the Java format string used to display the current value.

The text of FormatStringFormatted, or null if that property is null.
Remarks
This is the string form of FormatStringFormatted. A template constructed with a null format argument uses %.1f. The format follows Java formatting rules, not .NET composite formatting.
