Set the Slice Differentiator.

The value that distinguishes slices with the same service type, from 0 through 16777214, or SliceDifferentiatorNoSlice (-1) if there is no corresponding slice.

The same instance of the builder. This value cannot be null.

Set the Slice Differentiator.
A value of NetworkSliceInfo.SLICE_DIFFERENTIATOR_NO_SLICE indicates that there is no corresponding Slice.
