Replaces all registered cookie specification factories with the entries in the supplied dictionary.

Parameters

map: IDictionary<String,ICookieSpecFactory>

The specification names and factories to store. Use lowercase names because lookups convert names to lowercase. If null, the registry is unchanged; an empty dictionary clears it.
