The module guides you through planning-level tasks and deliverables for each area, helping you define success criteria, identify risks early, and create deliverables that can be shared and collaboratively updated throughout the life of the project.

You’ll learn how to prepare your organization for a smooth transition to Windows 11 by building on your deployment readiness planning. You’ll explore the key tasks and deliverables needed across operations, applications, infrastructure, configurations, devices, and users. The module guides you through prepare-level tasks and deliverables for each area, helping you validate readiness and address gaps using recommended tools, reports, and deliverables.

This module introduces the Deploy phase, the third phase of the Windows 11 deployment process. By this stage, the groundwork has been established during the Plan and Prepare phases, and you're ready to begin deployment. This is a ring-based or phased deployment, with iterative monitoring and management across six key areas of the environment: operations, applications, infrastructure, configurations, devices, and users. The module guides you through each area one by one, outlining the tasks and deliverables that will help you deploy Windows 11 across your organization.
