Windows 365 for Agents offers a pay-as-you-go pricing model with an optional monthly add-on for instant Cloud PC availability.
For batch and asynchronous workloads, such as those powered by Microsoft Copilot Studio, agents use on-demand Cloud PCs that are provisioned per task and billed based on actual runtime. For interactive, latency-sensitive experiences, such as those enabled through Agent 365, agents use always-available Cloud PCs that remain ready for immediate execution, with a small fixed monthly charge per Cloud PC in addition to usage-based billing.
Pay-as-you-go
Windows 365 for Agents Cloud PCs are billed per hour. Usage is calculated as the total time spent running agent tasks on provisioned Cloud PCs within each hourly window, rounded up to the next full hour. A task is a sequence of operations that an agent performs to fulfill a specific instruction.
Always available
Windows 365 for Agents always-available Cloud PCs are billed at a fixed amount per Cloud PC per month, which provides access to an instantly available Cloud PC for an optimal experience. This charge is in addition to any Pay-as-you-go based usage.

Pricing varies based on the geography where Cloud PCs are provisioned.
