Tlbimp.exe (タイプ ライブラリ インポーター) は、この属性をメソッドに適用します。
この属性は、タイプ ライブラリがインポートされるときに適用され、変更しないでください。 メソッドの FUNCFLAGS が 0 以外に評価された場合にのみ適用されます。 この属性は、元の FUNCFLAGS がどのように設定されたかを知る必要があるツールで使用するように設計されています。 共通言語ランタイムでは、この属性は使用されません。
