    Hi @Ajinkya Chandrashekhar Khedkar

Good day. I truly appreciate you sharing the symptoms and the troubleshooting steps you’ve already completed.

    A - What's happening

Based on your description and my research, recently, a few users in the community have also encountered a similar issue. It appears that the issue is more specific to the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra rather than a Microsoft account or tenant-wide outage.

In comparison, other Samsung models (e.g., Galaxy Z Flip 6 / Galaxy S26 Ultra) are reported to be working normally, which suggests the issue may be related to a device configuration conflict or a recent system/security update on the S25 Ultra.

    B - Recommended workaround

In addition to the workarounds shared by other users, I’d like to provide one more workaround that is also considered helpful by the community in this case.

    1. Refresh Android System WebView
    2. Please go to Settings > search “Android System WebView”
    3. Open App details in Store > select Remove updates
    4. Reboot the phone
    5. Go back and Update Android System WebView
    6. Reboot again
    7. Launch Teams/Outlook and try signing in

Note: If “Android System WebView” doesn’t appear directly in Apps, some users can locate it via: Settings > Google > All services > System Services > Android System WebView.

C - Submit feedback to Microsoft

As a forum moderator, I hope you understand that I don’t have the ability to modify or escalate product issues directly. However, I strongly recommend submitting your feedback through the Ideas · Community. This is the most effective way to ensure your voice reaches the product team and can be considered for future improvements.

If you are unable to submit feedback from your side, please let me know and I will be happy to submit it on your behalf.

    D - Contact support

If this issue is urgent and directly impacting your team’s productivity, I strongly recommend reaching out to your IT department and asking them to open a support ticket with Microsoft Technical Support through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. They have access to system-level diagnostics and can investigate the problem more thoroughly. At the very least, they can provide the most effective workaround to ensure your experience remains smooth and secure.
