Accessing and using Microsoft Teams on smartphones and tablets across platforms
On Samsung mobile devices where Teams keeps loading after reinstall, the following steps have resolved similar issues:
- Fully uninstall Teams and Outlook from the Samsung S24 Ultra.
- Restart the phone completely (power off, then power on).
- Reinstall Microsoft Teams from the official app store only.
- Open Teams and sign in again with the correct work or school account.
If the issue persists after this, repeat the uninstall/reinstall sequence for both Teams and Outlook together (remove both apps, restart the device, then reinstall and sign in), as this combination has fixed the same “keeps loading” problem on Samsung phones.
If Teams still does not load after these steps, contact the organization’s IT admin to check for any account or policy issues that might block sign-in or app initialization.
