Accessing and using Microsoft Teams on smartphones and tablets across platforms

Regarding your issue, have you tried uninstalling Microsoft Teams from the affected phone, then reinstall it and sign back in. After reinstalling, place a few test Teams calls to see if the behavior changes.
If the issue continues after reinstalling, affecting around 30 users and started recently, I highly suggest contacting Microsoft Support and reporting that multiple users are affected on multiple devices. Providing details such as the number of impacted users, device models, Android version, and Teams app version.
A technical support engineer can perform a remote session to investigate the situation, verify the backend configurations, and run any necessary synchronization tools to resolve the problem. If the issue requires further attention, they can escalate it to a specialized team for deeper analysis.
