ReadOnlyAttributeを true に設定してプロパティをマークすると、この属性の値は定数メンバー Yesに設定されます。 そのため、コードで属性がこの値に設定されているかどうかを確認する場合は、属性を ReadOnlyAttribute.Yesとして指定する必要があります。
